What is the Llifts warranty?

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.

Is my payment secure?
Llifts utilizes a third-party payment processing company to accomplish the following:

  • Data security is of utmost importance to Llifts and as such, we invest heavily in securing our infrastructure in close partnership with world-class security experts.
  • All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256.
  • Decryption keys are stored on separate machines.

Will I pay local sales tax?
Llifts is required to adhere to follow federal, state and local tax codes for purchases made through our online store.  The corresponding sales tax, based upon your zip code, will automatically be included in your purchase.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you handle international shipments?
If you are located outside of the United States, please contact us prior to ordering so we can be sure we are able to accommodate your order.

What if I want to cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order, once an order is shipped it can not be canceled and will be the recipients responsibility to return for a refund.
